Shop they chose makes decision without communicating making the upgrade experience not done right. If shop communicates more and gets customer sign-off, the experience would have been better. I did not get the tonneau cover that I wanted; now I will have to spend years dealing with a shortened truck bed as the the tonneau will only open 2/3rds.

The shop they paired us with was phenomenal and they even drove us home and picked us back up so we didn鈥檛 have to spend anything to get back to our vehicle. They communicated everything smoothly and helped fix errors with ordering products that had occurred and still got us booked back in in a timely fashion to have everything done.
